Foundation-stage site: This website describes a project in development. It does not currently provide a downloadable app, user accounts, an encounter network, or vehicle services.

Informational use
You may use this website to learn about Crossstamp’s current direction and public commitments. Project descriptions concern intended behavior unless they expressly say a feature is available and tested in production. No launch date, compatibility, availability, or product outcome is promised.

Safety
Do not interact with a device or this website while driving. Crossstamp is intended to avoid attention-demanding actions while a vehicle is moving, but this website is not a vehicle safety system and must not be relied on for navigation, emergency services, or driving decisions.

Intellectual property
Crossstamp’s name, identity, text, and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Public access does not grant permission to copy the brand, impersonate the project, or reuse materials beyond rights provided by law or an express license.

No authorization to test systems
Descriptions of privacy or security goals do not authorize attempts to access, scan, disrupt, or test systems. A scoped vulnerability-disclosure process will be published before Crossstamp invites security research or operates a public beta.

Crossstamp is an independent community project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Tesla, Inc. Tesla and related names are trademarks of Tesla, Inc.; other names and marks belong to their respective owners.

These terms may be revised as the project develops. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date. Product-specific terms will be published before any account-based service or test is offered.
